Chete is now partnered with Rick mostly to leverage his 42 years of business experience. Chete is the 100% owner of this business “enterprise”. Bell & Brady Enterprise is a certified MBE, SBE, DBE.
Charles “Chete” Bell began his business life as a box boy at Safeway before transitioning to the construction world in 2002 as an employee of Richard Brady & Associates (BRADY). Richard “Rick” Brady was a long-time best friend going back to their days working together at Safeway as box boys in the 1970s. Prior to that, unbeknownst to them at the time, Chete and Rick competed on the football field in 1973, Chete playing running back and defensive line for San Diego High School, and Rick playing quarterback for Clairemont High School. San Diego High is a legendary high school dating back to 1882. Clairemont High is also legendary but for all of the wrong reasons.
